2008 Indoor Rock Climbing Competition

35 registered climbers

The 2008 Climbing Competition saw 35 registered climbers and about 50 in attendance. Appalachian Outdoors of State College and Super Shoes of Reedsville sponsored the event and paid for the gray & black t-shirts. There were 15 vertical and 8 bouldering routes to choose from with most climbers averaging about 8 climbs before getting tired out. The youngest climber was 6 and the oldest 43-both females-who usually out-number the boys anyway. We always knew girls were tough!

Next years event will hopefully see more adults and even some seniors. Come and climb with us and get ready for next year, stay in shape, and have a lot of fun!!
