Indoor Cycling

Orientation are mandatory for anyone wishing to use the cycling bikes. This is a one-time instructional session show you how to use the bike, safety precautions, fit, features, exercise routines, etc. Arrangements for orientations should be made one week prior to the start of classes.
SUMMER MONTHLY CYCLING PASS:
Cost: $15
There will be no instructed classes taught through the summer months (June to August). Cyclists may purchase a summer monthly pass allowing unlimited cycling when aerobics room is not in use and bikes are available. For more information please contact BOB.

Classes offer a group setting with an instructor leading the workout. Classes are 45 minutes in duration. Intensity is controlled by the rider. Tempo, pedal rate, cadence and class duration are adjusted by the instructor considering class fitness level.
FALL / WINTER / SPRING Monthly Cycling Pass:
Cost: M $30 NM $50
· No Pro-rated Months! Simply pay in advance for the next full calendar month or for the remainder of the current month.
· The Indoor Cycling Studio will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of the class so riders can choose a bike. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
· You may attend as many classes per month as you desire. YMCA Members with a paid Monthly Cycling Pass may ride anytime the Aerobics Room is not conducting scheduled classes.
· Your receipt of payment serves as your pass for classes—make sure you get one. This needs to be shown to the instructor at the beginning of class.
Pay by the Class:
Cost: M $4 NM $8
Take individual group classes. Paying by the class gets you one single class and NO free unlimited cycling.
