Land Aerobics—Runs Year Round

 

The evening SUMMER schedule will be as follows:

 

Monday       Muscle Max Training       6-7 PM

Tuesday      Plyometrics / Core Max    6-7 PM

Thursday     Cardio/Fit Ball                  6-7 PM

*Morning Classes will remain the same.

 

The Aerobics program offers a variety of classes.

Cost: M FREE NM $44 for 10 classes

 

Body Sculpting: A non-aerobic total body work out using weights and resistance tools to build strength and  muscle tone while increasing flexibility.

Cardio Sculpt: An excellent sports conditioning class combining strength and endurance skills on the step with low weights. Can be easily adjusted to all fitness levels.

Freestyle: Land class including a variety of dance moves, kickboxing and traditional freestyle cardio. No step is used for this class.

Cardio Sculpt: A cardio class utilizing the Reebok Step. This class combines simple and complex choreography to build a variety of combinations. 

Fit Ball: A non-aerobic class combining Pilates, weight training, stretching and balance on the stability ball. An excellent core strengthening class.

Cardio Fit Ball: A cardio class using the fit ball as resistance. An excellent core strengthening and upper body  workout.

Kickboxing: An intense cardio class combining a series of kicks, jabs, punches and blocks that will leave you feeling strong, confident and powerful.

Circuit Training: A cardio class combining intense Cardio training with multi-station exercises, a variety of   fitness tools.
