Land Fitness Classes—Runs Year Round
As of November 1st, 2011 - the Y will no longer be selling aerobic passes to non-members. Participants will have to be a Y member to take aerobic classes. The Y will honor passes that have been purchased within the last 6 months until December 31st, 2011.
Non-members will still be able to participate in programs such as Boot Camp and Body Blast that have a member/non-member fee.

AFTERBURN
This class requires participants to use their own bodyweight plus dumbbells for metabolic intervals that alternate low impact (no jumping) high cardio for the ultimate fat burning workout! This workout will increases your body’s metabolism so you will continue to burn calories long after your workout session has ended. Contact Beth for more details.

Get Fit, enjoy music and blast your body into shape using a barbell system developed to strengthen and shape your body into a lean, sculpted, fit new you! Weight training set to the beat of popular music, very upbeat and inspirational class. Contact Beth for details.
