Team Building

The YMCA offers team building to various groups and corporations of all sizes, ages and demographic makeup. Activities are based on Experimental Learning or learning by doing. The activities will introduce new ideas, concepts and activities. Activities are based on the concept of Challenging By Choice, where each participant is strongly encouraged to challenge their comfort zone and be stretched in order to be actively involved and learn something new about themselves and others. Participants will be encouraged to become comfortable with, and open to, new outcomes as they are challenged by the various activities.

The sessions are set up by individual groups with Coordinator Bob Marsh. Questions, please contact the YMCA.
