Splish Splash

Strictly shallow water only to help improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required. Class uses a kickboard to develop strength, balance and coordination. New participants may join at any time. FREE for all YMCA Members – SilverSneakers – All others will need to purchase a day pass.

This class runs year round.
